On the morning of October 19, the 2024 campus recruitment seminar of Shanghai Construction Engineering No.2 Construction Group Co., Ltd. kicked off in our school. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Lou Zhihao, recruitment director of the Human Resources Department of the company. Undergraduate and graduate students of related majors in our school actively participated in the lecture.
Mr. Lou Zhihao introduced the general situation of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. in detail. With humorous language, he presented the company's brand project and group achievements, recruitment positions and related requirements, staff benefits and salaries in detail before the students, and answered the relevant questions raised by the students. After the presentation, on-site resume screening and interview were also organized.
